TurnForge is a scheduling and vendor management platform designed for property managers to coordinate apartment unit turns. The Service includes:

• Schedule generation and management tools
• Vendor contact management
• Property tracking features
• Communication features (SMS notifications, when available)

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnForge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
